He majors in oil painting and has been painting for a long time from sceneries painting to human potrait. He combines his work on Oil Painting and the technique learned to creating unique Christmas Theme Watch Dials using Water based Lacquer paint PAINTINGS MADE BY MR FUKUDA TOSHIOHOW IT IS MADE: PAINTING WITH WATER-BASED LACQUER Using Blank White Watch Dial. Mr Fukuda lays out the foundation of the painted dial using multiple coatings of water-based lacquer By applying multiple layers of Water Based Lacquer the color desired will be thickened and more vivid Lastly, By applying a famous urushi deco technique "Kinpaku" Mr Toshio sprinkle Gold dust ontop of the dial to create a Gold Clouds like pattern HOW THE WATCH FITS the watch has a case size of 42 mm however a lug to lug of 48mm.
