The hairnet has a hole in it and I'm not sure about her hair. I didn't want to do anything to the hair, I wanted to keep it in original condition. The pullstring works and plays all of the pharses. Christmas/holiday themed pharses. No damage, smoke free home. The box has some tape on it. Doll is 20" tall. Box measures 21" X 5" X 9".
