The cord is not really "attached" in the base and will need to be secured or replaced somehow. It appears the base where the cord goes through broke and is too wide as shown.....Will include the bulb, but no guarantee it will last long - it looks pretty oldThere is a music box attached with a wind up key on the outside of the base. I cannot identify the tune, but I do not think it is a Christmas song.All light pegs are included but some are loose and may need to be re-glued. Local pick up at this time - I do not have a box big enough to ship.....
