Description: Unique UV Glass Cullet from Vitro Agate Site - Parkersburg, WV Please read entire description. I dug this cullet 25+ years ago at the historic Vitro Agate property in Parkersburg, WV. Alongside Vitro marbles, we uncovered a variety of glass cullet, some of which was identified as Fenton. Interestingly, Vitro used some of their glass to make marbles, adding a unique connection between these two historic West Virginia manufacturers. Fenton Glass, world renowned for its quality and innovation, was located just 20 minutes upriver in Williamstown, WV. Please view all photos individually. Important Note on This Fluorescing Glass: My UV photos were taken using specific 365nm blacklight. Elements such as manganese and others may not be visible under common 395nm blacklights found in most homes. For the best results and to fully appreciate the fluorescence, I recommend using a 365nm blacklight flashlight, which can be purchased online for as little as $10. These lights reveal colors and details that typical blacklights cannot. Purple/blue is usually a refelection of the blacklight
