Description: I do not know any history or details of this helmet. I'm thinking Vietnam Era because of style and camouflage type. I am unsure if the silver shield and red lightning bolt are original or if that is something that a previous owner added. There are some serial numbers engraved on the inside of the helmet that are shown in the pictures. Any questions please ask. Chinstrap may be from the 1980s.
