Description: Beautiful star pendant necklace with Blue sapphire stones there's 5. Surrounded by tested by myself as diamonds I'm not sure because I'm not an expert. I have a new tester and it does go to the diamond alarm setting ! It has a beautiful gold tone not sure what it is but I do see a stamped number on the back of the pendant and also stamped on the clasp and a stamp on the chain please take a look at the pictures because they are representative of the item and if you have any questions about the item please let me know before you purchase it. This was purchased from an estate sale and the lady purchased a lot of jewelry from HSN in the nineties this pendant is still in the original retailers gift box.
