Description: Vintage small un-framed water-color painting of California Beach-Front, Sand-Dunes Landscape as per pictures. I think this dates to the 1940s due to the age of the piece. Looks like California artist, as are the other paintings I will be listing soon that I believe are by the same artist as I purchased them all from the same place. It is un-signed but it came with a group by the artist; A.D. Fikorson. Visually appealing as per pictures.
