Vintage PAUL STUART Men’s Shearling Coat Hooded Made In Paris US XL Toggle

Description: THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL PAUL STUART HOODED MEN’S SHEARLING LEATHER COAT WITH SHEARLING FLEECE LINING.. MADE IN PARIS. Based on the tag and Talon zipper, I believe this is from the late 70s or early 80s. The tag is faded but it seems to say 44 Regular which converts to a US XL or XXL. See measures below. Also, as I’m looking at my photos, the picture of the hood represents the most accurate colors. It’s more a muted beige than a golden beige. This coat is substantial and was made very well. It’s a high quality piece. The fur is soft and thick and it’s mid length. The zipper detail on the hood is unique as well as the metal toggle clasps. Given its age, I’d say the condition of the coat is about 7 out of 10. It needs to be cleaned and I have not attempted to do any spot cleaning. As shown, there are some spots that look like they will come out and there is a faint red mark on top back of the coat. It’s barely noticeable but it’s there. The coat has been used but not abused. The fur around the pockets is a bit sparse, not sure if that was intentional. Otherwise the interior fur lining is really well maintained, warm and full. Measurements are as follows: Pit to pit is approximately 25” Sleeve from mid neck to end of cuff is 35” Length from shoulder is 35” This comes from a smoke free home. It’s a special coat.
