Description: This is a rare vintage Modernist handcrafted copper & enamel butterfly pendant on a gold tone rope chain. The enameled copper was popular in the mid century 1950's. The chain on this necklace measures approximately 24" L & the butterfly 2 1/8" W x a little less than 1 1/4" L. This is a beautiful and unique necklace! I sell on Ebay because I enjoy going to auctions, estate sales, and finding unique items. Most things are from my own collection. I'm not an expert by any means. I will try to give you accurate information and take good pictures of the items. Also, because a lot of my items are from estate sales I won't always know if they are from a "smoking" or "non-smoking" home, or whether they have pets or not. I do not always get to clean the jewelry, although I try. If any item has a flaw I will do my best to point it out in the description and pictures.
