Description: This was actually thrown in a box of toy trains I purchased. The celluloid is broken in a few areas. I'm not sure if it is complete. I was going to throw it out, but thought maybe it could be used for parts? I wound it once and it did spin, but no guaratee on the mechanical parts. I will reimburse any over shipping.
