Description: Vintage MCM Leviton Iconic Retro Red Mushroom Atomic Saarinen Style Table Lamp. This iconic vintage mushroom lamp is from the 1960s/1970s. It features a white tulip base and red shade, made from acrylic. Great vintage condition with some minor surface scratches and some yellowing on the inside of the shade from use. Some wear on the chrome finial. Requires 2 lightbulbs which are not included. Socket marked "Leviton". Measures approximately 17" x 12". Tested and works!
