Description: Vintage McDonald T ALUMINUM HARD HAT Cap PEABODY COAL MINING MINER'S HELMET Here we have this vintage McDonald brand aluminum hard hat cap from a Peabody Coal miner. Measures approximately 11 1/2" long x 8 1/2" wide x 5 1/2" tall. This is vintage and pre-owned; Estate found. This was retired from use and placed away in storage after it successfully protected him from a falling rock. There is wear/tear and weathering/discoloration all throughout consistent with its age and regular use, including the dent from the fallen rock. Being sold exactly as pictured above.
