Description: Here is a vintage Lorraine nightgown and matching robe. Both pieces have brand tags inside and are marked a size 36. The nightgown measures 17.5” laying flat from underarm to underarm. It is 33” in total length. The bow is pinned on as is typical for this vintage. The nightgown has 2 layers, a sheer outer layer and a solid less sheer under layer. Upon very close examination, I found one little pin hole in the inner double layer of the nightgown on the back side near the top left, please see last photo. There are also some light “picks” thru out, which are normal for nightgowns like this that have been worn at all. The outer robe has 4 buttons. It measures 17.5” laying flat from underarm to underarm. It measures 15” across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. It is about 35” in total length. The sheer “skirt” area is two layers. I do not find any holes in this, just some normal light picks. This set is in really good to excellent condition, it is super cute with the ruffles at the collar and ends of the 3/4 sleeves. I purchased this about 12-15 years ago, tried it on and never personally wore it. It has been in my vintage clothing collection just waiting to be worn.
