The base hat is black wool. It looks to have a brim and a 2-inch cap up from that. There is a floral fabric around the band and then is tied into a bow in the back. Purple and black ostrich feathers adorn the hat over the brim and top. The hat kind of sits like a beret. ITEM CONDITION Previously owned and worn. Good condition. The band fabric has some wear. Some discoloration to the grosgrain ribbon band on the inside of the hat. OTHER INFORMATION Inv.
