Description: This a Vintage Handmade Leather Card Box and a Double Deck of Piatnik Playing Cards, made in Austria by Ferd. Piatnik & Sons, Renowned Maker of High Quality Playing Cards. The card box is nicely finish, decorated with geometric designs in contrasting colors on the lid. The box is beautifully made from thick, heavy leather. It has a divider inside to separate the two decks. The box is from an estate and we do not know the age specifically. We are also including a double deck of vintage Piatnik playing cards purchased at another estate sale. The Country of Manufacture Item Specific, Austria, pertains to the cards only; we do not know where the card box was made.The card backs have Parisian landmark photos of the Arc de Triomphe and The Eiffel Tower, respectively. The cards are in opened but new condition with their original plastic case.
