The auto focus technology is based on a built in range finder. Using this thing is a blast from the past. You sit the camera on one shoulder with the viewfinder over one eye, you hold the camera control in the hand of the shoulder it is resting on. Honestly using this baby makes you feel a bit like terminator. This is a rare complete set from the 1980's. This set has been plugged in and turns on as shown in pictures but is sold for parts. This would be a great movie prop or use like in 1982 again. This will probably ship media mail due to huge size and weight of box for all 3 items.
