Vintage French Provincial Egyptian Print Scarf 33x33 France Anne Marie

Description: This French scarf was made for a Greensboro, North Carolina women's apparel company that specialized in designing clothing using French Provincial fabrics in the 1990s. They used prints belonging to a family in France. I found several of these scarves and other Anne Marie scarves at an estate sale. The deceased owner had a shop that had carried this Anne Marie line of French scarves and this was left over inventory. This scarf is 33 x 33 inches. It is made from a lightweight cotton fabric similar to that used for handkerchiefs. The Egyptian print represents a time in French history (1798 - 1801) when France colonized Egypt. I decided to hand wash this scarf in cold water and mild soap so it would be fresh and ready to wear. It has been stored in a smoke-free pet-free environment. I hope someone will enjoy a bit of France in their wardrobe. PS I am also selling a red French floral scarf. I have several like them.
