Description: His nose is the measuring tape! It doesn't retract easily though. You need to slightly hit the side of his nose for it to retract completely. His collar is curled and worn. His hat is very faded. There is some thread on the front of his chest that might have held something previously but now it's empty. He still has pins stuck in his and due to his age, he hasn't been cleaned. Still, incredibly cute and unique!
