Front cover is partly torn from the binding at the top with an earmark at the opposing corner. Cover pages have worn edges, minor tears and small scuffs. No noted signs of missing pages, cutouts, handwriting or highlighting. Damage is almost entirely located on the front and back pages. See pictures for examples.
