Has Pretty woven rope pattern around the rim with slightly Scalloped edges. Has some light surface scratches and a brown mark (see photos). Has a couple flea bites on the rim and a chip under the rim (see photos). Measures 6 1/2" diameter. 3 glaze hold marks on the bottom. Stamped on the bottom with Hand Painted Under Glazes Vernon Kilns Calif Made in USA Chintz. No cracks.Plate #2 - Good Condition!
