The fabric has a velvety feelt. No doll Included. In nice used condition for age with possible minor blemishes such as small minor stains, worn hook and loop closures, stray threads or other signs of wear. The green color bled while washing so the white has a greenish tint. There are a couple small stains on the back by the closure. Elastic on the hat strap is stretched. Overall a cute outfit though.
