Description: This Vintage 60s OMOR ROMO J-256B Japan Stainless Steel Manual Folding Pocket Knife is in good condition overall but shows expected signs of age and use. The ricasso is clearly marked "OMOR STAINLESS J-256B/5 JAPAN." The bayonet blade has a clean edge though evidence of handling and wear from use are present. The blade opens manually, without assistance, and locks into place however a modest amount of "play" can be detected. The slipjoint spring easily releases the blade and a mild amount of detectable "wobble" is present when the blade is closed. The presence of the nail nick and lack of locking hole on the blade ricasso are further indicators of manual operation. The plastic grips show light wear but are free of any obvious evidence of damage from abuse or neglect. Please examine the photographs carefully for the best description of condition.
