Description: DATING TO 2006 A PIECE BY BILL BLASS THAT WAS ON THE RUNWAY IN 2006 FASHIONED OF SHEER SILK CHIFFON WITH METALLIC GOLD STENCILLING THROUGHOUT AND A SHADED OMBRE TO THE CHIFFON THAT RUNS THROUGHOUT. PIPED SEAM AROUND THE NECKLINE, RUCHED GATHERING AT THE CENTER BUST WITH A HEART SHAPED INNER BUST AND IS FULLY LINED IN SILK ON THE INTERIOR. THERE IS A GROSGRAIN BELTING THAT ENCIRCLES THE WAIST TO KEEP THE DRESS IN PROPER PLACE. SLEEVE HAS A PUFF FULLNESS WITH CUFFS HAVING WHITE AND GOLD PLASTIC BOB BUTTONS. THE SKIRTING IS IN BALLOON FASHION. THE LABEL IS STITCHED TO THE INTERIOR AND IS NUMBERED. ZIPPER CLOSES THE REAR WITH A HOOK AND EYE CLOSURE AT THE TOP NECKLINE. CONDITION: SIX PINHEAD HOLES ARE BENEATH THE UNDERARM AS IF TAGS WERE REMOVED. NO OTHER FLAWS.
