Description: Vintage 1964 Child Guidance Magnetic Dollhouse in Original Box with Lots of accessoriesVery nice pre-owned vintage condition. I haven't put it together but it looks like most pieces if not all are here but please look at all pictures as what you see is what we have. The only damage to the pieces is the one green leg has a crack/tape on but it is still useable and holds the table up (photo 14 & 15). The one lady is in a sitting position and has no magnet on the bottom of her. Not sure if she is supposed to or not since she's in that sitting position (photo 19). Box still had the pieces that the furniture was attached to (photo 20).Box & instructions have tears, rips, discoloration, staining. The hard cardboard/wooden base is still in great shape (a little wear at the corners where the legs would have attached) but till nice and flat. The 2 magnetic mover pieces do work.Box measures 26" x 20" x 2 1/2". Total combined weight 6 1/2 pounds (prior to packaging)We buy most of our pieces at auctions, flea markets & yard sales so we may not know the history of the item.
