Description: Up for your consideration is this vintage Schlitz back bar lamp. This may be one of the nicest examples you will ever find. Please check ALL of the pix carefully as this is the exact item you will be receiving. The lamp itself is in very good condition. The brass is even pretty nice! The glass plates are full color and show no signs of heat damage. Please note: I changed the original heat producing incandescent bulb for a cool burning LED. I do not have the original bulb and it is NOT included in this offer. All painted surfaces are very nice with a rich black color. The electric cord has never been unfurled. All packing materials, including the outer box, inner hold liner and original paper packing sheets are included in this listing. Also present is the wall mounting bracket. The lamp provides a nice warm vintage glow. The lamp does have a slight tilt from the base. Instead of try to bend metal, I used quarters under the base to right things straight. I have owned this lamp for several years. I bought it from a gentleman in Milwaukee who was liquidating a former beer distributor salesman's basement stock of beer promotion items. The lamp was, I believe, removed from the carton for the first time, by me. It was literally in basement storage for over 55 years. Now it is time to move this lamp on to a person who will appreciate this fine piece of beer nostalgia. The lamp and outer box will ship inside a well packed box.
