You get both plus the strap shown in the auction. Condition is great. No rips or tears. Zippers are all good. Rack works well. The bungee on the bottle pouch is a bit worn, but works. The rack has some wear as seen. Otherwise in great shape. I couldn't find a tag or model number on the item, so I don't know the capacity.
