Despite being an absolutely lovely set, there was a manufacturing oversight that can lead to some minor damage to the packaging inside. The cardboard inside that is supposed to keep everything in its place sometimes has a tear in it. I've read few (if any) stories of the actual items inside being damaged, but it is quite common for the paper packaging inside to be damaged. The item shown in the pictures is the exact item that will be sent to the buyer. No returns will be accepted for any inside damage to the packaging. In my hands everything feels secure and nothing is loose shifting around inside it. Item will be shipped in a well-protected box.
