Description: For sale is a 45 RPM vinyl single from The Cream titled "Sunshine Of Your Love b/w SWLABR", originally released in 1968 by ATCO Records. I bought this used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for seven inch 45 RPM vinyl records, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity until today. The original inner sleeve is graded as Very Good Plus because of a cut corner. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is etched an upper case "S" with a smaller "r" and "c" inside its coils, followed by "AT" and "LW", indicating that the record was mastered at Atlantic Studios in New York City, N.Y. then lacquered at Longwear Plating of Long Island City, N.Y. before it was made at Specialty Records Company's pressing plant, located in Olyphant, Pennsylvania. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. The vinyl is visually graded as Very Good because of sleeve marks and superficial hairlines, none of which can be felt with a fingernail. There is ink writing on one of the labels. I'm play grading it between Very Good Plus (Side Two) and Excellent (Side One) because of occasional low level surface noise and a few seconds of ticking on Side Two, none of which over-powers the vocals or the music. It plays all the way through without any pops, skips or lock-ups from start to finish. You would be hard pressed to find a copy of this record in this condition, especially a Specialty pressing.
