Dorothy Collins co-starred with Frank Sinatra on "Your Hit Parade" in 1947. Hugely popular on CBS through the WWII years, "Your Hit Parade" returned to the airwaves on NBC in 1947. Portrait artist is THEODOR "TED" SCHEEL.Born in 1903, Theodor Scheel attended School of Fine Arts in St. Louis. He came to New York in 1924.
