Stunning vintage Rolex Datejust 36mm watch in excellent condition. 1968 model that was recased with newer 16030 case in 1980 by the original owner due to some damage to the case. All correct factory Rolex. The case back, movement and stunning original pie pan dial are all from 1968 and the case middle, bezel, and crown are circa 1980. The case shows light signs of use, excellent condition overall. Excellent crystal and original signed crown. Excellent original dial, hands and markers. Inside, the hand winding movement is currently running strong and keeping excellent time although service history unknown. The case measures 36mm wide with 20mm lugs.
