Much obliged, Packerpatch This vintage tape measure or tape rule features the State University of New York Buffalo and its motto "Let Each Become All He Is Capable Of Being". The tape is made of metal and measures approximately 1/4" wide and 68" long. The tape material is metal and the tape rule size is approximately 1-5/8" in diameter. The item weighs between 1 and 2 oz. The tape rule has some issues such as kinks and does not retract on its own. It only opens to 68" long. This vintage tape measure or tape rule is an original 1948 item and is perfect for collectors of historical memorabilia, colleges and universities, and teaching and education related items.
