Description: These badges appeared in 1969, and were worn by all enlisted-rank personnel across the Soviet Armed Forces until the end of the Cold War. Worn on the visor cap and ushanka, as well as some other more specific headgear. I think one of these was among the first Soviet items I ever had - perhaps this is the start of your collecting journey also. Original Soviet-made item, probably from the late '80s.
