There are minor scratches on the screen. There is a heavy groove on the bottom of the device. The screen doesn't stay flush to the side of the device. (SEE PICTURES # 9, and # 19-21)All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.I was able to connect the device to an in-house power supply (NOT INCLUDED).I was able to insert an in-house miniDV tape (NOT INCLUDED) into the device.I was able to power on the device and use the buttons/dial/touchscreen to navigate through the menus.The display is in good condition and I was able to see through the viewfinder.I was able to record a video.I was able to play back the video and hear audio from the device.I was able to fastforward and rewind the tape.I was able to test the zoom as working.I was able to insert an in-house memory stick pro duo (NOT INCLUDED) into the device.I was able to take a picture and review it.However, I was unable to clean the tape heads due to lack of equipment.
