The links measure 5mm across and 6.3mm in length. The chain is long enough to go over your head without undoing the clasp so very easy and quick to put on. This would suit either a man or a lady. A great chain for your guy as it is, or a very strong, long chain for an elderly person to carry items they might lose - keys, I.D. etc... This looks like gold without the price - if it was 9ct gold it would cost in excess of $2000! Bronze has been used for jewellery for thousands of years. It is a solid metal, it is not plated and has no nickel content. It can be cleaned by rubbing over with a silver polishing cloth.
