Description: All drawers slide smoothly. Changed out a couple of the slides. These are all ball bearing drawers. Box is extremely heavy duty. Inside paint in the drawers is overall very good, outside paint has blemishes dings, some scratches but I would rate 6/10. Paint touched up in certain parts. No major dents. Original handle has one snap-On logo on it. No locks but the locking mechanism inside is there and can be turned through the key hole to lock all of the drawers in.
