Description: For your consideration is a US priority small flat rate box filled to the rim with small ( between 4 to 6" each ) rooted live mother of thousands plants. The genus of the plant is named Kolanchoe Tubiflora, and they are part of the succulent/cactus category. These plants can handle full sun, shade, or partial shade, and grow best in zones 8 through 11. They require very little water or maintenance and they grow well with other succulent plants. These plants make good fillers for certain areas such as under a large tree, but they are also invasive and should be somewhat controlled. Some people find it a plus that these plants are invasive because they are virtually an endless supply of cuttings for making live wreaths especially using the lovely pink/purple color flowers. These flowers can last for months on the plant outdoors, or indoors in a vase. These flowers will also stay alive in a container without water for a number of weeks which is why they are popular for using in wreathes. Mother of Thousands plants also do well as container plants for indoor or outdoor areas and are quite hardy. The best benefit about these plants is they could live without water for a month or more. The last two pictures is an old obsolete typewriter turned into planter using Mother of thousands cuttings placed loosely in typewriter. There's no plastic or water. You can decorate almost anything with these plants. Every part of this plant is poisonous and should never be ingested. These plants will be harvested on the same day as shipping and will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to ensure they don't get stuck at the post office over the weekend.
