Includes an errata sheet inserted on page ix of the Acknowledgements and a newspaper clipping on Hood's Texas Brigade the previous owner saved. Book is in Good+ condition with light wear and shelf wear, faint spotting on the text block and inside covers, a gift inscription inside the front cover, and the author's inscription and signature on the half title page. Otherwise, covers and pages are remarkably square, clean, bright, and unmarked. Binding is sound. Dust jacket has significant wear, creases, nibbling and holes and small pieces missing (from silverfish). Book is in Very Good condition but the condition of the dust jacket brings the whole book down to Good+. Please see pictures as they are considered part of the condition description.
