The base machines are from Sherline, assembled into enclosed machining centers from Intelitek/Spectralight. The lathe has a 3" Diameter 3-Jaw chuck. Lathe Z-axis travel is 6" and X-Axis travel is 4-5". The mill has X and Z travel of 7-8" and Y Travel of 4-5" The HP PC features a brand new 24" touch screen monitor and we are including licensed new Mach and BobCAD-CAM V35 software (we are an authorized reseller for both companies). The software runs through the best motion controller on the market and supports lathe threading, electronic backlash control, and additional rotary axes and I/O.
