The Black and Pink Dress is made by Roberta, and I am throwing in a new pair of packaged Fishnet Hose. The dress measures 14" across the front from under armpit, to under armpit. It measures 23" from the under armpit to the bottom hem edge, and 12" across at the waist. The top and skirt are all one piece, but the skirt measures 16” from the waist to the bottom edge.
