DAMAGE: In the unlikely event an item is damaged in transit, please save the item, box, and all shipping materials, and contact me via email as soon as possible. I will require detailed pictures of the item, box, shipping materials, and mailing label before a claim can be settled. Please do not discard the damaged item, box/packing materials as the postal carrier may require it as proof of damage. As soon as the claim is settled you will be notified that it is okay to discard the damaged item. In some instances I may ask that the damaged item be returned to me before a refund can be issued. Sorry, but no refund will be issued for the damaged item if you do not follow these instructions. RECYCLING: As much as possible, I do my best to use recycled shipping materials.
