Beautiful art. White pages, very clean, tight spine lays flat with very sharp corners. No micro tears, no stains, no chipping, no dents or indentations. Great gloss and vivid colors. Notable to the Collector are defects found only on the book's back cover. (2) creases with one on the tough bottom black cover showing very light color breaking. These (2) defects are shown in the high res pics and brings this book down to a conservative NM-(9.2). The front cover and interior pages are a 9.8! As a collector, I stay educated on prevalent grading scales and CGC grading even though I'm not a professional grader. I can combine shipping and will be listing additional quality comics regularly.
