The blond hair when you wet it will be a little curly and it is rooted in the baby's head. The skin color is tan in color. I have worn both girl & boy clothes on this doll. I have attached pictures of doll with clothes but are not included but sold in separate listings. I cannot find my paperwork on this particular doll when I bought it. So, I do not remember who the doll artist is, and price reflects that.I am the only owner, and this doll is from my personal adult collection and the doll will come without clothes. This baby does wear Bitty Baby Doll clothes very well as well as any 15" baby doll size clothes.
