The tray says "President Shotaro Kamiya cordially invites you to attend the dedication ceremonies of the National Headquarters of Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc., 2055 West 190th Street, Torrence, California 90501" dated February 1967. I have owned this tray for at least three decades, and have never seen another. If you collect Toyota memorabilia, this is a must for your collection.
