Description: German Black Forest cuckoo clock designed with a carved leaf, made in the late 19th century, The original movement in working order. Both bellows have a good sound. Large Victorian Black Forest cuckoo wall clock the movement striking on a gong, the wooden case with carved mounts, pitched top, white Roman numerals and bone style hands and with a cuckoo appearing and sounding at each hour and half hour, complete with two pine weights and the carved pendulum. The case has a shrinkage crack to the lower front from age. This delightful clock has a wooden case that will require a dust/clean it clearly has not been touched for many years.
