Description: This sheet music is for the song "Wasted Tears " by George Rex , published by Rex of Vancouver Canada, 1924. Art by Irving Sinclair, which I can only gather is the same Irving Sinclair of the art world and who was the art director for Fox Theaters in the 20s. I'm not sure how he would have found this gig to illustrate out of Vancouver, but he did work up and down the west coast from what I gather, so perhaps he had a connection to Rex? His art is more similar to this style in the early 30s, but I couldn't find any art of his online from the 1920s. I can't imagine such a terrific piece of art would have been drawn by another Irving Sinclair, so I am going to assume this is his work and it will be priced accordingly. This sheet is in very good condition, please read sellerās notes above and look at all photos, as they are my most solid description that depicts each sheet. Please look at all photos very carefully, I try to include most noticeable imperfections!! Please check out my other sheets, I will combine for shipping. SIMPLIFIED CONDITION KEY EXCELLENT- Looks almost brand new, hardly a lick of use or wear showing Very Good- looks almost new but might have one or two very minor imperfections and show a bit of use Good - Shows wear, use, but still looks good with only some tearing. Edges will have wear but don't look beat up or tattered. Cover may have scuffing and creasing. Fair- shows much wear, probably has deep tearing, corners can be tattered or missing, creases, but music can still be played if description says "complete" Poor - so tattered that large parts may be missing, very much wear showing, deep tears PLEASE READ regarding SHIPPING! I ship within 2-3 business days. Sometimes faster. Please take note if you are picky about the way shipping "looks". I package extremely carefully to protect from the USPS, however my packaging may not appear extremely streamlined or businesslike as far as brand new materials for packaging are concerned. I am a firm believer in recycling items and not wasting materials and so I "upcycle" and recycle other cardboard, packages and boxes, and may use chipboard and posterboard as well. I ship my music in an acid free plastic slip with cardboard backing and poster board. Packaging each item so that the USPS doesn't do any damage takes a chunk of time, and at least 50 cents in materials, which I add to the postage price.
