The conditions of this sale is that if there are concerns other than shown in the photos I would hope you would ask for more photos to ascertain the condition all around if you are not able to do so in the allotted photos, and to discern if it meets your requirements. I am sorry but I spend much time caring for these delicate figurines, cleaning, photographing and ultimately packaging them to arrive to you safely, to have one mishandled and broken because the delicate nature of these, especially in handling. They require being handled with two hands one on the head, the other on the base, you cannot handle these by the sides or you puncture a hole in the lace gowns. If your not willing to take this same caution I take when packing this while you unpack her then perhaps this may not be for you. The carriers take photos of the boxes and can see clearly if a box is damaged these days. It would be clear that someone mishandled while unpacking should an accident occur. I would rather keep this rare piece than to have it damaged due to mishandling. I usually place stickers on areas designating where you should or should not handle one of these to help the new owner.
