Shelf wear to the corners and edges of the spine. The outside pages are lightly foxed. There are a few pages at the front where the bottom edges were not cut correctly and they are extending out too far. The previous owner's name is written in pen on the title page as well as the date, "Feb. 1890," giving us a clue as to the book's age. Both covers are securely attached and the pages are tightly bound. Every effort has been made to accurately document the condition of this item, so please examine the photos closely before purchasing.
