Description: Vintage Pigalle black velvet sombrero. The design is made with a braided off-white color cord that has silver specs in it. Also there are designs with a tan/gold color thread and many sequins. There is one cord section that the end has come loose. It appears there is some glue residue, maybe, on some of the cord design areas. The velvet looks nice, no worn areas or fading. The shape of the hat looks good. Nice and round with the front edge that lifts upward. There is a tear in the fabric that lines the hat where the name logo is located. No size mentioned anywhere. The opening measures just over 7 1/2" by 6 1/2" The entire hat measures 23" x 21" Beautiful for wearing or for display! Thanks for looking
