Massage into face/neck. It’s normal for the powder to become tacky/sticky. Add a bit more water until it all feels absorbed in. It’s better to massage for a few minutes so all the product gets absorbed rather than just sitting on the outer layer of the skin. Tips - I like to have a small glass spray bottle filled with distilled or spring water. I spray my face while adding serums to make sure its all getting absorbed in. You can pull the serums down into neck/decollate area. This is why having the water spray is so beneficial. You can also use “osmosis boost or infuse" mist.
