Description: Absolutely spectacular ring by Orville Tsinnie, Navajo. Orville Tsinnie (1943-2017) is a traditional artist operating in heavy gauge silver and is a multiple award winning artist, including the 1999 IACA lifetime achievement award. His work is highly collectible. This is a beautiful and well made elongated dome ring measuring approximately a size 7 and weighing approximately 16g. It features an extraordinary turquoise stone - that looks something like new lander to me, but that is just an educated guess. It shows heavy spider webbing. There is a matrix line that runs through the stone. It does not appear to be a crack. See closeup photos through a loupe.
